## Before

Leads sat in spreadsheets, customer documents in WhatsApp chats, and applications in the financier's portal. Agents asked all day where their cases were. At month-end, working out who was owed what took a full day in Excel and caused disputes.

## Three decisions

1. **One status flow for every application.** Agent, admin and owner read the same status the same way, so nobody has to ask.
2. **Commissions calculated, never typed.** Overrides, tier bonuses and incentives come from rules, so every number can be checked instead of argued about.
3. **Agents' screens built for a phone.** Agents work out in the field, so cases and commission are one tap away on a phone.

## After

Commissions now close before lunch (it used to take a full day). Agents see where each application stands and what they will be paid, admins see what needs action, and the owner sees the whole pipeline and commission totals. Nobody chases updates on WhatsApp.

## What we built

- Admins import leads, assign them to agents and convert them to customers
- Agents keep customer records with payslip uploads, auto-numbered
- Every application follows one status flow, submitted to disbursed, with remarks and a full audit trail
- Commissions work themselves out: agent, team leader override, tier bonus and company incentive, with monthly and weekly payout vouchers
- Five roles (master, admin, team leader, agent, caller) each see exactly what they need, with Excel and PDF reports
- Other firms can run their own copy on their own subdomain, with separate data

## How it's made

Fast pages without heavy JavaScript, an audit log of every admin action, daily backups, runs in Docker on our server, and updates shipped every month (weekly payouts added in October 2026).

Every screen on this page is a mock-up of the system built with made-up data. Customer records in the real system are never shown.
