## Before

Tuition centres run on Excel and WhatsApp. Fees are chased by hand and paid late.

## Three decisions

1. **Built for the person in charge, not for parents.** Parents keep paying the way they already do: cash at the counter or a bank transfer, with the slip sent on WhatsApp. The person in charge records it in a few taps and Cenova issues the official receipt.
2. **Reminders and receipts are one tap on WhatsApp.** Centres already talk to parents there, so a reminder or a receipt is one tap, not a typed message.
3. **One product, set up by settings.** Different kinds of centre work through settings, not separate versions, so every centre gets every fix.

In pilot, first pilot centre Dec 2026. Measured numbers come after the pilot.

## What we built

- Centres schedule classes, take attendance, bill and get paid in one place
- Record cash and bank-transfer payments (slip attached), then send the official receipt on WhatsApp in one tap
- Credits, refunds, make-up classes, bank-statement matching and CSV import are built in
- Different kinds of centre work through settings, not separate versions
- Multi-branch owners get an "All centres" view

## How it's made

Each centre's data is kept separate and checked twice; daily backups; 7-year financial record keeping; PDPA-ready; tested end to end.
