Who we are

Capital Mind PLT (LLP0045352-LGN), trading as Vael, based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. “We” here means Capital Mind PLT. Questions about your data: capitalmind1@proton.me.

What we collect

• When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, number or address, and whatever you choose to send.
• If you send an estimate from the estimator: the answers you chose, as part of that message.

This site has no forms: it stores nothing you type. We never ask for IC numbers or payment details.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, do the work you asked for.

Analytics

We use self-hosted Umami to count visits and button clicks. It sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't store your IP address. No advertising trackers are used.

Who sees it

Only us. Your messages stay in our WhatsApp and email. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client (then project records are kept as long as the law requires).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email capitalmind1@proton.me, and we'll do it within 21 days.
