Leads sat in spreadsheets, customer documents in WhatsApp chats, and applications in the financier's portal. Agents asked all day where their cases were. At month-end, working out who was owed what took a full day in Excel and caused disputes.

Commissions now close before lunch (it used to take a full day). Agents see where each application stands and what they will be paid, admins see what needs action, and the owner sees the whole pipeline and commission totals. Nobody chases updates on WhatsApp.

What we built

- 06Other firms can run their own copy on their own subdomain, with separate data
How it's made: Fast pages without heavy JavaScript, an audit log of every admin action, daily backups, runs in Docker on our server, and updates shipped every month (weekly payouts added in October 2026).
