Rent, deposits and owner payouts, in one place

Room and unit managers keep tenants in Excel, receipts in a book and rent slips in WhatsApp. Working out what each owner is owed at month-end, after fees, repairs and deposits, is done by hand.

   Contracts are never edited, only replaced.

   A renewal or a room transfer ends the old contract and starts a new one, so every report shows which unit a tenant rented, when, and at what rent.

   Deposits are kept apart from rent.

   A deposit is money held for the tenant, not income, so it never ends up in an owner's payout by mistake.

   Built for a phone first.

   Managers are out at the properties, so the dashboard, receipts and payments work on a phone, with an Android app as well as the web.
